How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

You can click to unsubscribe at any time, you will find the link to unsubscribe in the footer of the newsletter.

How can I request a refund?
We’ll guide you through each step of our easy online return process, from setting up shipping to getting a refund or replacement.
Simply fill out our returns form and we will get back to you.
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, undamaged and ‘as new’, which means in a good enough condition to resell.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged, or wrongly despatched item.
How do I find out the weight of the product I want to order?

Why isn’t my clock working?

If you have received your clock and it isn’t working, we are really sorry. Sometimes the hands become a little bit loose during transport.

Try pushing both hands in the same position and tighten the washer on the top slightly. Hopefully that should solve the issue, but if it doesn’t please contact the team.
