As a family run business, the health and safety of our close-knit team and valued customers is of great importance to us.  

Our online shop is available 24/7 to enable to you browse, and to shop for uplifting and inspiring purchases from the safety of your home. 

We’re continuing to make deliveries, and our friendly customer service team are ready to help via email.  The team will be busier than usual, and so we ask for your patience if you are waiting to hear back from us. Be assured that we will get back to you. 

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free UK delivery to anywhere within the UK.

How long will my delivery take?

We are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, we have been informed by our couriers that shipping might take longer than usual due to COVID-19.

Parcels will arrive in 4-5 business days instead of 2-3. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience. 

 

Where is my order?

You should receive a tracking number via email as soon as the product has been shipped.

I haven’t received a tracking number

Depending on the filters you use, our emails sometimes end up in your junk or spam folder. Please check your spam and/or junk folder before contacting the team.

My delivery has arrived damaged – help!

We do our absolute best to ensure that your order reaches you safely but if you do find your order damaged, please either fill out our online form or email the team.

Please include a photo of the damaged product, your order ID and let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund.
